Senior Information and Assistance
If you have questions about what programs are available for senior citizens in your area, contact your Area Area Agency on Aging offices for assistance. You will be connected to an Information and Assistance Specialist. They will discuss your situation with you right then over the phone and make an appointment for you with a personal Case Manager.
They will schedule a time to assess your needs and determine the programs and services that would best fit. Your personal Case Manager will work with you throughout the process and may refer to you other resources and services as needed.
