Information and Assistance

 

When you first call one of our Area Agency on Aging offices for assistance, you will be connected by one of our friendly receptionists with an Information and Assistance Case Manager. They will discuss your situation with you over the phone and make you an appointment with a Case Manager, who will then be permanently assigned to assess your needs and determine the programs and services that will be the best fit for your particular situation.

 

These Case Managers will then work with you and may refer you to other resources who can help you in particular areas of need.
