Meals on Wheels

Our Case Managers help clients sign up for Meals on Wheels provided though our fourteen senior adult and activity centers throughout our ten county service area. Meals on Wheels help seniors remain in their own homes by providing volunteers who deliver healthy nutritious meals to seniors in their own homes. This nationally funded volunteer based program provides the caring support and daily contact that many of these seniors so desperately need.
