Case Management
If you or someone you know is older and needs help, who do you call? Our Case Managers are here to help. They are trained to match families' and seniors' needs in areas such as in-home care, help for family caregivers, food stamps, Medicaid, housing, Social Security, Medicare, and a host of other needs, with the services and programs available in your local area. If you would like, one of our Case Managers would be happy to come to your home and visit about your special needs.
Our Case Manager will then inform you of what services are available and help to locate solutions to your specific needs. Our case managers are knowledgeable about the application processes and qualification requirements for various programs and can help with the enrollment process. There is no charge for these services; there is no obligation. Case Management is provided through funding from the State of Arkansas' Division of Aging & Adult Services.
